Refund Policy

Orders desiring a return within 7 days from arrival of your order may be fully refunded minus the cost of returning the good. Asher Market is not responsible for cost of returns other than for goods that are damaged, defective or incorrectly sent upon arrival.

After 7 days, we will issue a store credit for returns from days 8-30 after arrival of your order. After 30 days, all sales are final. All sale items are also final sale.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened/unworn items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or within 30 days of delivery for store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise, you will be responsible for shipping costs (such as in the event of an exchange or a return because the color doesn't suite your taste).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
