I gave Ashley a 1 star rating based on my disappointment with the product due to the fabric on half of the garment being upside down. With that said, I should have reached out to the shop first before publicly stating a problem that could have easily been remedied. She has offered to replace the garment or give me a full refund. I apologize for making a review before reaching out to the shop owner first. Had I done so, I would have given her 5 stars for her excellent customer service. Her products are truly lovely.
