The dress is beautiful. (Just a problem with the direction of the fabric. I am probably the only person who noticed.) Meanwhile, Ashley has fixed the dilemma. Great customer service.
I gave Ashley a 1 star rating based on my disappointment with the product due to the fabric on half of the garment being upside down. With that said, I should have reached out to the shop first before publicly stating a problem that could have easily been remedied. She has offered to replace the garment or give me a full refund. I apologize for making a review before reaching out to the shop owner first. Had I done so, I would have given her 5 stars for her excellent customer service. Her products are truly lovely.
I have had my eye out for a very special baby gift for a friend. Could not resist one of these cute sweaters! I think she will be so pleased with it - and washable! Great quality!
After I bought the dress, I hadn’t yet worn it. I packed it to take to it with me to Hawaii. The first day I wore it I realize that the fabric on the bottom part of the dress was sewn upside down. I’ll be emailing you a picture of it. I would not have purchased this dress if I had realized that the fabric was upside down. The top part of the bodice is correct. It’s the skirt part. I just didn’t notice it. It should not have been sold. It’s all been resolved.
